THE LOAN THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING David is just like many hardworking Nigerians. Every day by 5 a.m., he was already up and feeding his chickens. His poultry farm was small, but it was his pride and hustle. He had big dreams to expand, buy better equipment, and maybe even hire help. But money was always tight. Whatever he earned went straight back into running the farm. One afternoon, during a break, David saw a post about a government loan for small farmers. The interest was low, and it sounded like the kind of support he had been waiting for. He checked the requirements… and saw something that could have stopped everything: “Only registered businesses can apply.” Thankfully, just a few months earlier, David had registered his business. At the time, it felt like a waste of money. But now, that simple step opened a big door. He applied. Two weeks later, he got the loan. With the money, he expanded his farm, improved production, and even bought a delivery van. In a few months, his business grew fast and so did his confidence. He wasn’t just a farmer anymore. He became a real business owner with structure and purpose. People called it luck. But David knew the truth. It wasn’t luck. It was being prepared. That’s what registering your business does—it prepares you for opportunities you don’t even see yet. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Register your business today. #iReachDigitalSolutions #CACregistration #BusinessReady

Starting a tech startup? Don’t just register a business name — go for a Limited Liability Company (LTD). Here's why it matters: An LTD protects you. If the business runs into debt or legal trouble, your personal assets (like savings or property) stay safe. The company takes the hit, not you. It opens doors to funding. Investors, banks, and grant providers trust LTDs more — they see it as a serious, structured business. LTDs look professional. Clients and partners are more comfortable dealing with a registered company than a business name. Partnerships and collaborations? Registered companies are widely accepted and preferred over business names, especially in the corporate and tech world. An LTD also makes it easy to bring in co-founders or share ownership. Plus, your company can live on even if you step away — it’s built to grow. Go legal. Go serious. Register your startup as a Limited Liability Company today. |

Can I run different businesses under one company? YES, you can as long as they fall under what CAC calls your company "objectives."
