For Ugarte, I think its a case of "you cant give what you don't have"

Gone are the days of a CM/DM being praised for being "hardworking" alone. Nowadays, it would be seen as forming activity.

Zirkzee is another player that might just need to move on if we are to return to our glory days..

He seems more suitable for a 4-4-2 where you have a natural goalscoring CF playing off a "big man with good technique and holdup play".
