COREN registration is all round the year, so registration is currently opened for application. Next coren PI might likely be June for Q2

Second quarter PI

Hello guys, I need help correcting my COREN registration process error.

While filling out the Applicant form online, I erroneously entered my GMNSE details in the Association Membership section. It appears that section is meant for MNSE holders because I paid 35,000 instead of 85,000.

Is there a way to get COREN to rectify this in their backend? Does anyone have experience with this issue or advice on how to proceed?

I made same mistake during my registration. Absolutely nothing can be done about it from your end, except COREN. It is difficult to reach out to them. What I did was to use another email address to create another account with same details. I proceeded with my registration.

On the 9th of may 2025, COREN announced the date for second quarter professional interview and yet we don't have any update regarding the first quarter professional interview results.

Anyone with update pertaining the first quarter result should share so we can know our fate. This will help us to know if we are to join the next batch for resit or so.

your profile on the COREN portal will be updated with the date of the exams and interview, which should be in December. But I advice you check in regularly.

Also ensure your technical report is ready.

Lastly, make sure your report is comprehensive; attach drawings, BEME, Calculation sheets, pictures etc. where necessary. Please take this last paragraph seriously.

I registered last year November but wasn't able to complete the process before the portal upgrade. with the new portal, a request for payment block prevents me from continuing the process. I understand I am not the only one experiencing this and have tried to reach out over a dozen times on severla occasions but till date nothing has been done.

I just want to know if there's anybody out there who has gone throough this and gotten their issue resolved. Please reach out beacause I am already tired of the whole process.

PS: there has been no communication whatsoever from COREN since these problems started. not to my knowledge though.

No, you don't need the technical report to register. But you need it when going for your PI/Exams and interview.

I think that's your annual licence fee for the year 2025. After paying this, you'll be able to download and print your licence form and your paper stamp will be mailed to the COREN branch at your state of residence.

I stand to be corrected as I'm not 100% sure of this info. Maybe others with more authentic info. Can chime in.

Good morning,I am having this same issue.I can't log in and I have made payment via membership since Nov last year.After filling this form about two weeks ago,I still can't log in.Is there a time frame?Or how does this issue get resolved?Any idea?

Yes, you can use someone not in your field as proposer but your proposer must be up to date in their payment
