Jose Mourinho has said: "Bringing Man United to second place was the greatest achievement of my career.

I believe him now

Are we talking about the same person who demanded full responsibility for players' recruitment?
If the purported root cause of the club woes is "bad recruitment over the years", how can you turn around to blame a manager that "became aware" of this issue and decided to take control of his destiny by targeting players he has worked with in the past?

Its not ETH's fault, Ole's fault and even Moyes fault then!

What happens next is how the board handle the transfer window and get Amorim is best target.
Cunha is a good start but we need more reinforcement and invest in the right areas . A goalkeeper & Striker is main issue in this squad. Both Onana & Hojlund are if not the worst pair to ever play for this club. The are both terrible to say the least.

Amorim will succeed at United and the board must not do stupid shit to not let it happen.

🚨🔴⚫️ Bayer Leverkusen made progress in talks with Erik ten Hag to become their new head coach.

Ten Hag has given his total availability after direct contact taking place earlier this week.

Couldn't he demand the right people to be in place before taking the job? We had Ragnick, who was shouting from the rooftop about how bad it was, but ETH came in and said he didn't want him around. He didn't want someone questioning his transfer targets. You can't rewrite history

......una dey try sha. They won't listen and understand, no matter the explanations. They are one-way traffic - sack Amorim, hire a new Manager and the Club will start winning trophies left and right. LOL!

The "Committed" Ragnick wanted to combine the consultancy role at Man utd with the Austrian Job and rightly had to leave. Besides, nothing on his CV suggests that he would have become the "messiah" you are trying to portray him as...

The point here still remains - if we are blaming players/recruitment as the issue plaguing the club for years, it means we should have even stuck with the useless Moyes and probably other coaches that followed while trying to address the problem.

You cant be saying it's a player/recruitment thing and still found cursing previous managers who "suffered" under the same recruitment palava that you are attempting to use as an excuse for Amorim's woeful performance at the club

So when you are building and you discover your process has been shitty, would you go back or look forward with a better strategy learning from past mistakes or continue the shitty process?

Because you are sounding like someone who would rather deliver trash products because of pride.

It is impossible to combine both roles or you're just looking for talk? Consultant o, not full time employment. I don't even think consultancy was initially what was agreed but for argument sake.

For the last time, ETH was part of what you're referring to as the player/recruitment thing. He demanded and took over that role himself. He can't be excused.

For some, it’s much simpler. Switch the formation from 3-4-3 to 4-2-3-1 and boom, United wins the league!

Rangnick discovered he was being pushed to the fringes at United. So when an offer came his way, he snapped it up.

Ragnick's role was the consultancy role that he wanted to combine with the Austria job and he was rightly booted out

He is excused since you are claiming it has been an issue long before he even joined the club

You cant blame the man for refusing to embrace "failed recruitment" and taking his destiny in his hands

That is why I am asking you nau - if you could go back in time, would you have retained Moyes since according to you, our problem all these years has been recruitment?

I asked you since yesterday but your response was entirely off the point.

I know Maino and Garnacho join those against.

If I could go back in time, I wouldn't even have signed Moyes.

The transition from one manager to another begins with the manager acquisition process before the player acquisition.

That's what realising your mistakes means.

I ask again - if you could go back in time, would you have retained Moyes and supported him with "better recruitment" since.. according to you, it has been our problem all along?

Don't reflect on how we've gotten it wrong over the years. Be asking me whether I would retain Moyes like I was the one that appointed him or you saw me get excited about him.
