Lana1:That's the number one problem. They can't motivate themselves to turn up everyday every minute. The manager is also unable to motivate you. It's better you go elsewhere maybe you'll experience something different that will motivate you. It's that simple. For majority of them, we have to start losing first before they start playing with urgency |
