There are different systems. Some allow for inefficiency while some don’t. Some will work and some won’t especially in the EPL. Whatever system Amorim has requires serious efficiency in front of goal, and very few mistakes at the back but we all know young players cannot. Very few young players have that level of skills and maturity to score 1 in 5 chances.

Amorim’s style worked for him in Europa, but not in the EPL, and with the way things are going, with or without an ‘open heart surgery’ we fit relegate next season.

There is really no basis for comparison.

When the cold, hard facts are laid bare, some see it as negativity while some are just uncomfortable with reminders on how poor their fav has been this season.

Instead of them to let the matter die, they brought it up again for Amorim to be cooked further

That Pedro that season wasn’t Washed up.
Hazard and Fabregas were world class.
They also had Diego Costa who was really imperious that season. No Hojlund.
They had Matic and Kante at the Pivot.
They had Courtious as GK. not Onana.
He also had Prime William and Alonso not Garnacho and Dorgu.

That squad is miles better than this squad.

Put Costa, Coutious and Hazard in this team and remove Onana, Garnacho and Hojlund. You will be surprised at the transformation. Thats why I needed the management to be ruthless and decisive in the Market. A world class GK and and Gyokeres for example will go a long way, added with Cunha

You guys shouted ‘open heart surgery’ and ‘starting from scratch’ until we replaced good strikers with a young striker that would need lots of time. You can’t eat your cake and have it. We had mercenaries like Lukaku etc, you said they were wearing timberland to the pitch and that we should start looking at young dedicated players. Same you is now complaining that Erasmus (a younger striker that would need time) has not scored goals in a disastrous set up. Kontinu!

And then you will come back next season to say their replacements are worse. We would need another 800m to replace the replacements. That’s exactly what has been happening.

Amorim has already delivered a league title in a top 7 league in Europe. He will obviously do better than 15th place qhen the club
