To me it's phone addiction is most difficult to quit.

I gambled for the first time last year after loosing close to 250k I stopped and deleted the app dec 31st and I have never gambled again
I still watch porn till date even though I am married with a child
I masturbated before marriage and when my wife was pregnant cos I was going to womanise if I no knack.. she tried to satisfy me when she isn't nauseous/tired or when she feels OK but it wasn't enough..don't think I can ever stop.
I don't do drugs..though i take alcohol occasionally I have some bottles of martel..don Julio and cream I haven't used in months I go just see am commot eyes ones of these days I go open am sha. I have never smoked.
Internet is life so I can never stop. I have never seen data as a big deal.
Womanising should be there cos its very powerful.

Drug is the most addictive cos it can trigger chemical imbalance in the brain. You see masturbation and gambling? I classify them in the same category. Many people who gamble usually masturbate as a post-loss coping mechanism or to relief the anxiety associated with gambling.

Well, I do know that;

1. Gambling - is the fastest way to become poor and wretched. Also a gateway to desperate crimes such as stealing and robbery. It could also lead to depression, social withdrawal, perpetual anger, lying etc. You also tend to lose credibility and trust of loved ones and associates.
2. Smoking cigarettes - serious health consequences i.e bronchitis, liver disease, chest pain, cancers etc
3.Porn watching - can increase the desire to commit sexual crimes such as assault and rape, affects your psyche and makes you see the opposite sex as a mere sexual object. It may affect your ability to maintain platonic and meaningful relationships with the opposite sex, sexual addiction, lack of concentration, etc
4.Masturbation - Excessive masturbation may lead to poor sexual performance, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, inability to be sexually satisfied by the opposite sex, masturbating even when in a sexually active relationship, etc

You're correct but humourous as well.

The whites smokes lot of cigarettes and they don’t see it as an addiction rather something to keep them alert at work. Even food can become an addiction if you take it too much.
