If they know a family of happy people outside the organization surely nothing can stop them but don't know any other happy family that's why they are crying because Jesus said true happiness is in doing what pleases God not man but if anyone wants to please man such ones can't be happy no matter the bliss found in the organization!

Even if it's just one person (baptized) that witnessed your baptism it's enough because he will tell others that you have been baptized! John 1:31-34; Act 8:34-38

So, Apostle Paul was wrong when he wrote:

Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace YE ARE SAVED

Notice the phrase, 'YE ARE SAVED. It's a past tense. It means, it already happened.
