I noticed someone blocked me everywhere. Still not sure if what I said was wrong so pls be the judge.. I hadn’t seen him with his wife for a while and saw they deleted each other’s pics on Instagram, so I asked what was up.
He said they’re divorced.
I asked what happened.

He said she’s not homely, can’t cook, doesn’t clean — and the final straw was when he asked her to wash his expensive Dior sneakers before a trip. Instead of scrubbing them, she threw them in the washing machine and they got ruined.

So I asked:
Did she cook when you were dating?

He said no.
Did she clean or wash?
He said no.

I said, so she’s never been doing those things, and you expected her to suddenly change cos you’re married?
He got angry.

They were married for just 18 months 💔

A lot of people are getting married without understanding what marriage really is.
The red flags you ignore while dating won’t disappear — they’ll only grow.
You can’t change your partner. Heck, you can’t even change yourself.
Know what you’re signing up for and ask yourself if you can truly live with it — for life.

there some basics that should be in marriage without signing an affidavit and police report about it during courtship...... I mean..... why would someone not cook and clean in their own home...?? Y'all just like making marriage look harder than it is

The entire essence of dating is to truly know your partner, so if a girl lacks home training or isn't domesticated enough, jejely leave her, otherwise you go regret later.

Beyonce can't cook, but it's her husband Jay Z who does the cooking whenever he's around and their marriage will be 17 years old this year... Communication is the greatest factor in a relationship.
