The club can automatically trigger the extension so it's effectively 2 years.

I think the fees are this high because the club is spreading payments across multiple years. I read somewhere Cunha fee will be paid over 5 years. Don't know how true that is

The actual contractual years are what matter, not options for extensions.

I really hope these people wont let themselves be pressured into buying Mbeumo for more than what he is worth. If Brentford want to keep forming agidi then they should move on and face other targets

I think we could realistically get between 30 to 40m for him plus he's not on big wages

City just signed Ait Nouri for just 40m euros which is crazy. I'm pissed as that's who we should have gone for. SMH.
