I'm planning to leave my parents house. Pls who can help me with price estimate of 1 room apartment (parlor + bedroom + kitchen + toilet) in kubwa Abuja?

It's a bit on the high side now from what I heard, say from 800k upwards.. for some weird reasons, house rents in Abuja have jumped.
Don't be discouraged sha, you can still get below that amount, say 600 - 700k if you're lucky.

Please how do I collect my money back. I hate it when people cheat me off my hard earned money. Who do I report to?

Depends on the area. Like around Arab, it's around 800k to 1.2m. Their light is constant.
