The azospermia needs to be investigated...if its an obstructive or non obstructive azoospermia..in some cases they might need to do image guided sperm retrieval and do assisted reproductive techniques..eg ivf+embryo transfer. I'd advise you recheck at another lab. You'll be surprised at how careless lab people can be in quickly attending to samples.

That was how one careless lab gave me a wrong blood group test result during pre-marital class medical test. Blood group test, my mother took us to do when we were in junior secondary schools. I was so furious, I had rechecked.
