GudluckIBB:Well, your husband would have written a cover letter and this will not happen. However, if not for wickedness, why should your husband write? Husband has a visa and in getting says my wife is not travelling with me. Few months later, wife got a win in her life and decided to go enjoy her win in UK, she's refused because husband said several months ago, he's not traveling with wife. What rubbish is this? It's their country and I'll suggest you reapply and tell them that you chose to specifically address the refusal, premises on the fact that your circumstances changed and if it had not changed you may not have considered traveling after your husband didn't initially intend it. You need to take them on squarely |

Why use an agent when you can read through threads here? This doesn't seem well and might result to 10 years ban. Get all the necessary documents from him and confirm its authenticity before submission UniqueLeo: |

UniqueLeo:You are curious about your own application? Is the government sponsoring you? If the government is not sponsoring you, your agent is putting you into big problem. |

UniqueLeo:The letter is most likely fake and can put you in trouble. Do not use an agent. You can do everything yourself. |

Trust2021:N4M is fine - if that is all that you genuinely have. You don't need statement for one year. Max 6 months. Same thing for payslips. 1M fixed deposit is not much but it's something. Same for the treasury bills. Add your marriage certificate. Your personal business will cause a lot of confusion that can lead to a denial. Why don't you seperate your personal and business accounts? It has been reiterated many times on this platform. Your boss' invitation letter will not add any value. If your account is not clean, do not proceed. Mixing your personal and business transactions is a disaster waiting to happen. |

Hello Cashmadam and all the gurus in the house. I applied for a dependent visa (partner) and was asked to submit additional documents for proof that we have met in person and subsisting relationship evidence last Sunday which i did. I got another email today requesting "Evidence supporting the divorce of your sponsor, and any previous spouses". He has never been married. I am a widow and I submitted my late husband's death certificate with my documents uploaded during application. How do i go about this please? |

Interrogate him well to understand if actually he has never been married. Because they see everything in their system {quote author=afor post=135683087]Hello Cashmadam and all the gurus in the house. Kindly help with insight @giselle237 and Cashmadam. I applied for visit visa, ECO singled out my employers account balance and erroneously claim it was low by assuming the account was a Naira account, when it was clearly stated on face of the statement that the account is domiciled in USD(this was stated in my LOE). My own balance is actually more than 1k USD, i only added employer’s account as this is a work sponsored trip. My immigration history, i just returned from the US last month and going back next month, facts which were submitted, I have 10yr canadian visa, i have sent email to home office, but my concern is the generic email response i got from UKVI for the paid mail, but i really want to correct this error as this is my second refusal, i had first refusal last year b4 US, Canada and Schengen Visa. So i am not about to just let this slide, i want to understand the PAP process please.

readonenaire:If they're based in Nigeria, then their operating account should actually be funded in the local currency of the country they operate in, that's the ideal. Hence, the mistake by the ECO CCECC and Berger are from China and Germany. But they get paid in Naira and can then transfer funds for repatriation. I'm sure your company executing contracts or jobs in Nigeria, must have a Naira account |

I will advise you to reapply while submitting all the same documents used in the initial application. In addition to that endeavour to address the reason for the refusal comprehensively. Make sure you highlight all the points and bring to the attention of the visa officer the mistake the previous officer made. giselle237: |

ebele123:Family members in UK, that's their interest. Since the visa cannot allow you work. They believe you will need someone like your sibling or partner who is already there that will accommodate you. The said person must put this in writing in acover letter including attaching their council tax. However, if you are planning to come with a dependant (whom ironically can work as they like) as tier 5 allows that. You will also need to state it too. This will strengthened your financial stability but offcourse that first few weeks of arrival - you will need to let them where you will living and who is picking you up at the airport. |
