Been a while since I made Jamaican-style dumplings!

Dinner:

Grilled some salmon in a ginger honey soy sauce and lobster tails in garlic-herb butter. Forgot to take pictures when it was done because 🤤 ate with rice pilaf my son made and sauteed broccoli.

Fried the leftover dumplings from yesterday, which is typical for Jamaicans. It almost tastes like kpekere. Is that what l what they call it?🤔 Those twisted long things.

It will be difficult to do that however, I just use Youtube Videos. One person I watch mostly for my pastry is Preppy Kitchen. You could just type what you want to make in the search box and it will give you different options.

Pick the vegetables by taking only the leaves. Rinse and boil with a little amount of potash. Once the vegetables is very soft, pour in a blender and blend.
