There is no way you can cope with such attitude that you have caught her several times, just return her to her family and explain to them what happened

Listen to what her family will say, of course they will apologise to you for doing so, you can still leave her with them and go back to town and move on with your life

Use this opportunity to reason well on what you want, either to start another relationship or to continue tolerating her till the end

Every one cheats in one way or the other, but for you catching her steadily, then her own is chronical

If you already have children, consider taking them for DNA test if you can afford it
