This building may consume 800-900 blocks.
And if you are moulding, consider 50 bags of cement, and four trip of sand to get 900 blocks.
500k is gone already.

I would say 1.5M if you the builder put in some work.

Only the cladding, ceiling and aluminium roofing is definitely more than #1.5m.

I fixed tiles for one room and toilet and the door of the toilet recently and it cost almost 250k

The real reason we have housing problems in this country is because we refuse to think.

We have so many cheap to free, readily available, environmentally sustainable materials we can use to build our houses, but no.

The colonialists only promoted ‘cement’ because their businesses gained from our importing it from them.

They have left 65 years ago, yet people still use them as the template for everything.

Go and buy rod first then come back.

Just keep like 7 millions, with good management. Back then before Buhari's and Tinubu's hardship began, with 2-3 million you can erect a story building.
With same amount now, you can't even see land in a decent location.

English no hard na common error make people like you dey fail am...I uses my English Language carefully. Was why I passed my WASSCE one sitting wit 4B's including english and C4 (2) c5 (2). I was so sure I'd pass that I didnt sit for Neco nor register for GCE. This was 2003 o, to tell you that it wasnt mere feat. Wassce was very tough, few private secondary schools around and examination malpractice was still not as rampant like what we have these days . Did my Jamb once, post UME result was higher than what UNAD required. Lol.

Sorry bro..I just get this terrible feelings when I see people trying to compose good English and make the slightest avoidable error..plus I am high on a very cheap drug
