Greetings my people... Please I need your help... I lost my SIM card so I lost my palmpay account associated to it but I letter opened another palmpay account with my second sim and I did it with my NIN, so yesterday someone sent me 200000 to my current palmpay account but I can't do transfer because they are requesting that I should add my BVN to the account but they are saying that my BVN is already connected to the first palmpay account that I should look for another bvn which I did by adding my mother's bvn but they are saying it doesn't match my NIN... Please what should I do? |

Change the NIN to your mother's own too. |

Why did you open a new palmpay account when you can easily retrieve the old one with your details? Retrieve the other account and delete your profile…. 2 Likes |

But i think one can use a bvn/nin to open 2 different account
