Why should planet earth be special to God/creator when there are trillions if not infinite planets, galaxies in the universe?

God promised to make obedient humans settle their disparities peacefully among themselves:

The first time! But I have heard about one POSSIBLE EXO-PLANT distant from our earth, K2-18b; though it contains DMS and CO2, not yet solidified by scientists as an habitable place for man. The earth is only created for humans considering the mass, oxygen level in comparison to other planets, gravitational force and the impact of sun heat on earth
