It has been stated here over and over again by the experts that police report is NOT required for Canada study visa, except you have lived in a foreign country for an extended period of time.

That’s why I’m here to help, okay? So normally, fee waivers are granted on a school-by-program basis — no single school has waived its application fee for all its programs.

In many cases, schools only waive the application or acceptance fees for programs they want to attract more students to — especially those that aren’t in high demand.

Keep in mind that most of these schools have low acceptance rates, especially if your academic results aren’t strong. Unless you have what we call in Nigeria a strong CGPA, your chances might be slim — the acceptance rate for programs offering fee waivers is usually very low.

Well, then again, what do I know? 😅

So, to answer your question — there isn’t a single comprehensive list that covers this. It’s more complex than that.

You could walk into the bank and print a 6-month SOA, since the Ecopy is not giving you what you want? Alternatively you can tell them in the bank that you need an E-signed copy

Also, does vfs Lagos allow someone else to submit passport on behalf of their spouse?

Before making the decision to come to Canada as a student, please think carefully and do thorough research. The reality on ground is far different from what social media portrays.

Many international students here are struggling badly there are limited job opportunities, the cost of living is extremely high, and tuition fees are overwhelming. Some are drowning in debt, with little clarity about their future or pathways to permanent residency.
Do your research, be honest with yourself, and make informed choices. Come prepared not just with dreams, but with a clear strategy and realistic expectations.
