Dinner:

Today in celebration of juneteenth, I decided to go soul food dinner.

Oven baked Mac and cheese, crispy chicken, cucumber and onions salad.

Dinner from yesterday:

Plantain amala with ogbono soup.

Dinner from Tuesday:

Boiled Irish potato with fried eggs.

Dinner from Sunday:

Oatmeal fufu with peanut soup.

Enjoyed this with a cup of pineapple and orange juice

Ah, don't play o... fufu and banga is a banger! just that the fufu has to be hot! Not that cold stuff u buy from d market... unless u microwave it first. I hate cold food.
