I hear people were doubting Haliburton's injury. Typical haters, always thinking people use injury as an excuse. Until person leg cut comot before them believe |

steady986:I hate the Pacers, not Haliburton. If he moves out of the organization, I might like him. Hating Pacers started with hating Reggie Miller when he fought MJ. Since then, I have seen a bunch of crap pass through that organization; Ron Artest, Jermaine O'Neal, Steph Jackson, Lance Stephenson. Paul George? Oh! piss off. I couldn't care. I did like Victor Oladipo despite being a Pacer (The 9ja factor). The hate returned in full force when he left. The height of it was they antagonizing my boy Giannis the day they stole his game ball. That jerk ass Myles Turner? Ohhh! Haliburton's dad now had the nerve? Ohhhhhh!!! They will still feel my wrath. |

Congrats to the OKC, I don't know why many NBA fans on Twitter have crying since |

@A40, can we talk about your boy Siakam’s performance in game 7? I reckon you had your ammo ready. 6 total points in the 2nd half! Naaa man, that was some stinking up the joint. |

Roland17:Like I predicted, the Celtics have traded J. Holiday to the Trailblazers for A. Simmons and 2nd round picks. We save $40M in luxury and assure Jrue gets paid. Thank you Holiday for the Championship. I expect some more thinning of the roster.

Roland17:Good deal for both teams.... IMO |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 8:31am On Jun 24, 2025 |
Roland17:Another 3 point spammer in Anference Simmons. ![]() Your franchise is not beating the allegations |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 8:33am On Jun 24, 2025 |
aliondo:How is it a good deal for both team? Trailblazers practically give up their best player for Jrue. Jrue will improve their defensive structure massively but who's going to take over Simmons offensive output? We know Jrue can't do that. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 8:34am On Jun 24, 2025 |
Roland17:I expect Porz to go too. Unless they surprise me and trade White. ![]() Just help me trade White to Nuggets. We'll give you guys MPJ and 1 first round pick and 2 second round pick in 2030. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by aliondo: 9:09am On Jun 24, 2025 |
larride:Ok...i was talking about the financial implications when i said its a good deal for both teams...Holiday was more expensive and was locked up for three more years that would feature clear decline. Simons will be extension eligible and could be facing a big payday and because Simons' contract is expiring after this season, if he flops, Boston still got out of the Holiday deal for no real cost. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by greypencils: 9:32am On Jun 24, 2025 |
@Roland At the end, your Celtics are not better than Giannis and his 'band of dancing clowns'. Use him to win a ring and dump him uhn? Jrue deserves better. One of the reasons I don't give a f**k about franchises. I care more about the players. You are the opposite.
|
| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 12:20pm On Jun 24, 2025 |
greypencils:Most of these franchise gives zero fûck about the players. They'll always do what's in their best interest. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 1:07pm On Jun 24, 2025 |
larride:I dey tell you! A. Simons is a serious defensive liability. He is on an expiring 1 year contract and I don’t expect the Cs to pick him up after this upcoming season when he becomes an UFA. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 1:17pm On Jun 24, 2025 |
greypencils:Rest! Jrue is 35, we gave him a 4 year/ $135M contract, money and length your band of clowns refused to do because they considered him old. Rather Giannis went behind and agreed to his trade to the freaking Blazers. We won a ring together, his 2nd and the Celtics were open about our situation to every player after this season ended, unlike the Bucks. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 7:23pm On Jun 24, 2025 |
greypencils:They have done right by Jrue imo. They paid him well and he leaves with his reputation intact. I dont like supporting Celtics either, but this roster has gotten paid really well. Even if they blow the team up, I dont think anyone can really complain, its was obvious the way the season ended this was coming. |

Now that I have calmed down, this Durant trade feels really good to me, like when we got Tmac. Yeah Durant is much older, no longer at his peak, but it feels good to have that scoring forward that can also defend with his wingspan again. Plus, this is the type of trade Durant should be in. He proved he can win with super teams, this is his chance to win with a young, up and coming but disciplined team. I am sad we lost Jalen Green, but it seemed like he had peaked 2 years ago. I am really curious to see how this new team dynamic will work - that being said, Durant is not a locker room problem. Guy man just puts his head down and works, something coach will very much appreciate. |

The Celtics are trading K. Porzingis to Atlanta in a 3 team deal that involves the Hawks and Brooklyn. The Celtics have now saved $180M in luxury tax from both trades. Thank you Kristaps..

According to Shams Charania, multiple teams have approached the Celtics about JB. Everyone is on the table like I said. |

| Re: The NBA Begins by larride(m): 8:34am On Jun 25, 2025 |
Ridwan1821:White is on the table too. They should help me send him to Nuggets. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 11:54am On Jun 25, 2025 |
steady986:You mean Brooks? The league has many defensive minded journeymen that can do the same, without as much drama. I mean I liked the drama, but it is what it is |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 11:57am On Jun 25, 2025 |
Roland17:Something about JB always makes me feel he really doesnt dig Boston like that. He has never said so, but something about him just gives me "vibes". Maybe its just me as a fan overthinking, but I could see JB wanting to land somewhere else. I cant tell if its that he wants a larger role, or that he just doesnt vibe well with the city/franchise. Make we dey watch sha. |

birdman:Boston is a very tough city to play in coupled with a difficult history when it comes to race relations, even in sports and that is challenging for players like JB when you consider his voice. The City of Boston and fans love JB and want him to stay. I don’t think we trade him this season, especially with JT out but next season is going to be interesting. JB will have this coming season without JT to show he can be number one in this team or anywhere else. Irrespective, this is a big season for JB |
