Go to ur bank 2moro with ur BVN, ID card and utility bill.
Maybe u have not linked ur BVN to ur account or u have a slight technical issue

Either you received money in error and you've been using it, they blocked the funds and your account is in debit...

Or your account needs upgrade because you received fund above your threshold

Or you were pre informed about something and you refused to go

Visit the bank or send them chat on Twitter (Facebook and Instagram, plenty people full there, the response time might take ages)
