The same page you got the screenshot it clearly stated there what your POF is for, i know you are struggling to understand this but a little bit of reading wil get you educated on this.

The only two occasions where you are permitted to touch that money while counting 28days are:

!: pay school fees and

2: Deposit for accommodation.

You have to submit receipts for those two payments if its not reflected on your CAS.

Again i say this for those who care to listen: If you spend the POF after printing the bank statement you are commiting visa fraud.

That money is meant to be used in the UK for your fees, feeding, accommodation, transport etc

Go on the Gov website and read the require bank statement for student visa ..After 28 days consecutive date and 30 days before the last date of the statement that’s what you need to apply for your visa . If the current statement tick all those boxes no one will ask you to go and get new bank statement..Taking out the money after the required time is not a fraud please ,you can take out the money or spend from the money to do whatever like paying your sch fee balance or some like that . All it’s required it’s to show you have the money required for your upkeep and sch fee balance in your bank for 28 days ..It’s a simple requirement and you all should try to read more on this thing as it’s not this hard and don’t let this people just keep putting fear in you.

It seems you are new here and have not read where in the older threads of 2021/2022/2023/2024, some people have posted that after biometrics, UKVI had asked them to upload a more recent bank statement but the POF had been withdrawn and returned to the "real owners" of the money.

I don't need to read more, I have already gotten my UK student visa, enrolled, graduated, now on skilled work visa and heading towards my indefinite leave to remain.
