She has just received her passport with no stamps. We all thought it had been approved . Pls what do you think happened and way forward o
1. Check spam, junk and inbox sections of contact email.
2. Send a paid mail to them asking. They will respond with the information via email.
Unfortunately the visas were not granted.

Please do we have an idea if a UK Standard visit visa holder (NIgeria Passport) needs a transit visa coming into the UK when travelling through Dubai with the Emirates Airline.

The standard visa isnt an evisa (still same visa vignette) but reference on the emirates website only make reference to an evisa as a requirement for the Dubai transit visa.

I told you prior to now that your spouse could come to Nigeria to visit or you go to another country to meet as your circumstances were weak. In summary, as the ECO said your circumstances have not changed and you reapplied so suddenly. You are showing desperation and next one likely to be refused. You should be able to show evidence if truly you are earning all these monies. Who thinks it wise to reappear in March with a mysterious statement of account showing a very huge amount and then apply for a UK visa 2 months later when your previous refusal already doubted your finances especially.

Unfortunately your profile seems made up. Let your spouse focus more on getting a skilled worker COS after their studies and then you come in as a dependent as I told you before.

In scenario like this, always explain it in your cover letter.

You don't need a transit visa if your travel with Emirates or Qatar.

Try to use an immigration lawyer in the uk to help with your processing.

I got a refusal overturned after consistent 3 visa denials and previous appeal handled by a lawyer in naija.

Visa approved few weeks ago

Visa Issued.

June 9: Erroneous Decision

June 9: Numerous mails sent to UKVI & Home Ofiice

June 9: Submitted a PAP, my complaint to multiple channels including physical letters to Home office.

June 9: Got E-mail reponse from UKVI that my decision have no right to appeal or administrative review.

June 11: Got Mail from VFS to come collect my passport

June 13: Collected my passport from VFS

June 16: Got another mail from Home Office, that “my complaint has been considered and as detailed in my decision letter i have no right to appeal or administrative review” and other generic bla bla bla and i should apply again.

June 16: i replied again that their error must be acknowledged and i have no intention in submitting to a defective process., i also added that they need not review or overturn the visa decision but error must be acknowledged.

June 17: Phone call and follow up Mail from British High Commission, Abuja requesting for my passport.

June 18: I submitted around 12PM.

June 19: I was called around 11AM and i picked up my passport shortly after with the visa stamp in it.

Thanks everyone for your inputs, @cashmadam, @giselle237 @Militio @davodyguy @America001, i really appreciate.

@tyrant25 they responded first on 11th, then 16th, however there were lots of back and forth.
Hi, please what email address did you send your complaints to telling them to acknowledge their mistake?
Thank you

Why are you finding it difficult? I can upload it for you. Instead of you to pay the vfs guys, you pay me.

Hi, it’s over 40 days I applied for ihs refund and yet to receive, while the email sent says: 28 days. What do you suggest I do? Also, will I get a notification when they refund it? Cos I don’t trust the person that owns the account number I used in the payment.

Good evening house
Please I need help on calculating total income for a visit visa for a retiree. Income includes pension, allowance from son and income from property on rent. Does all this sum up to income. Or do I calculate only the pension and monthly allowance? Thank you.

Good evening everyone, I came into the UK in 2023 and my COS was revoked last year. Now i got an offer from the civil service for the probation service officer’s role with the ministry of justice. I just want to confirm if the role qualifies for a skilled worker’s visa?
