He can be traced Shall, it's easy. Go to his bank, Let the branch manager call his phone number and if that doesn't go through, call his next of kin. If this fails use his KYC to trace him. The KYC at the bank. The money can be kept on fixed deposit for as long as he's been looked after. |

musicwriter:Oga you a Truly a Great Nigerian. You paid money did not fulfill the terms of agreement by moving in and you walked away and have kept away. If it is this yahoo generation they will come back and ask for their money ," since they did not enter the house ". They will behave like they bought Tecno camon and did not collect it from the shop after 10 years. I have a cousin like that, he has just paid his rent when he was struck by mental illness and moved out of town to get treatment. When he recovered he said he wanted to collect his property after 20 years I told him he should forget it and move on. My thinking was simple if those things meant anything to you you should have asked for them at the unset of the illness. And should the owner of the house keep your things in a house indefinitely. He will move them out to make way for new tenants. Iv lost so much due to not understanding in Nigeria you can't trust anyone. From the poor to the super rich they have shown me. One man business, I can't defraud myself |

Did he pay cash or transfer? If he paid vai transfer then you have more than enough information to find the buyer if you really want to execpt of course you are just advertising your car dealership with a story that never happened. |

Ruke1990:I like your thoughts, but if the bandit is dead, who now deleted the whole social media account, again, if it was a ransom payment, police would have traced the owner of the account where the money was paid to |

nnamdi640:You are right. A dead person cannot delete his own account after death. This is strange unless again, A kidnapper used the victim phone to search random car dealer on tick tock, forcibly made thesame victim or another victim to do transfer of 45 million to the car dealer, then tried to delete evidence of his interactions by deleting chats and deactivating page. But is afraid to proceed to car dealer after later learning he can still be tracked by the bank record. It appears no call record ever occurred between the car dealer and car buyer |

UniQue84:So true. The whole story is a bit Odd. Let me explain. You are a car dealer and we all know brand new cars are in the range of 30m and above, a customer buys a car at the universally known price. Why will a car dealer be surprised the customer does not show up ? Number one the car dealer has sold at the regular price and that should not be a big deal to him, the car dealer should be used to seeing 45m regularly so seeing a customer pay 45m should not be a new thing. Why is he thinking of money that should be usual to him and why is he thinking about one customer, doesn't he have other customers who give him money regularly. I sell Artwork and some run into millions of Naira. If a customer paid today and never picked it up it would not register in my brain, because I'm used to selling Artworks and he is simply one customer . Even if the guy bought one thousand Artworks running into billions and never showed up it should not register because he did nothing new. If you buy coasters buscuit worth one million from a small shop do you think they will remember ? They will simply put your business in one corner and use your money to add to their money and restock. To care too much for a transaction you gained money from, played your part can happen when (1) Business is bad (2) The Customer was a Fluke who bought what was above and beyond the normal business transactions of that business, so oga is reminiscing on his best deal ever which is a sign oga is not doing well in business because in business the joy of the next transaction must be more powerful than the last transaction. You have to move on and very quickly. |

Pootle:my great grand father was a successful business man who was childless until the wife left him due to her family pressure. The woman conceived unknown to them both and later put to birth in the village after leaving her husband. The son was a clear copy of the husband. Now my great grandfather was unaware of this till old age. The man was a very successful business man with lands and properties in warri. You know what, at old age when news got to him that his wife later gave birth to a son months after seperation who looked exactly like him, he was overjoyed and located his son to the village. Parked all his property to the village and tried to no avail to convince the son (my grandfather) to come to warri and take over his lands and houses now that he is too old. Why? My grandfather was equally a business person, successful in his own right who had three trucks and other vehicles travelling to the north and east to deliver goods. He was also into construction and was not willing to abandon his trade to go take over his father business. Those properties in warri are were lost after the man's death. No one else had an idea of where the lands and houses are located. My great grandfather traded with the British importers |

Special relationship can bend the rule provided the number is bit handed over to the car dealer, the branch manager can discretely do that. I have done something close before because one of our former staff had Port to another bank. Let's rest. |

Ruke1990:Nice one, but still don't add up because the victim that was made to do the transaction would have reported to the police and police would have tracked the money to the car dealer |

What is the meaning of KYC pls?KYC simply means Know your customer It's used to collect the information of a customer, let pics, his house address, his finger print, his nature of work and next of Kin. So if anything goes wrong, the person can be traced, but some use fake address this is why NIMC is important and BVN |
