Hello house

PLS advice

Did Biometric for dependent visa since May 23rd and the timeline was 3 weeks. Called UKVI after 3 weeks and they confirmed on 16th of June that a decison have made but VFS has not sent me any mail and it is still on application submitted when i check the website . I called UKVi again on monday, 23rd and they said again that my visa is ready and I should have gotten a mail from VFS by now . VFS is still on the same thing till now (I did not pay for courier so I would have to go and pick it myself but it is stiil on 'Application has been received' on VFS website.

What can I do? This is the 5th week now and there is no way to contact VFS

Please give us the contact phone number of naija lawyer you use for your appeal.

I have also been denied five times in the past and recently I just submitted a fresh application I know this your naija lawyer can help me if they deny me six times
Are you hoping for a sixth refusal ?

More like it because the work was solid and he was confident about it after several refusal.

I promised I'd get him clients for the good job

Choose another date some dates will have only assistance by vfs available while some have self upload.

I went today

They searched and they don't have it yet

They asked to wait for a mail

How long do you think this might take?

Please I went for interview for Charity worker visa, I answered questions elaborately and decision has been sent to me refusing my visa with vague reasons. My COS states that no experience is needed for the Role because comprehensive training will be provided for the position. But luckily for me I have experience in the sector which was added advantage to me not a requirement. Unfortunately the officer just lifted few sentences about my explanations on the duties and ignored other things I said and went ahead to state that I didn't explain much while I did and besides experience is not needed at all as certified in the cos because my experience was just added advantage.

My Question Now is:

My Company has another session coming up January application will start by October.

Should I apply again by October and attach cover letter addressing how my existing application was unjustly refused and making a new application with more information about me and why it was or unjust

Or

Go for administrative review. But administrative review takes longer time.

ADVISE ME PLEASE 🙏🙏

@all

I need advice.
I have 3 UK visa denial in the past. The reason being that the lodgements in my account is greater than the stated income.
I am a medical doctor. I have my own clinic registered, have Cac doc. I also have a big farm registered with Cac docs. Both companies are doing well. I get salary of 5.5 million naira monthly paid into my personal account from the hospital. The monthly salary of 5.5 comes every month. My nephew is graduating at the UK and I want to attend the graduation. No intention of relocating, I just want to attend the graduation. How do I go about it?

Good evening everyone,I’m about to renew my uk visa..does it matter if my salary is paid a day before I upload my statement of account? My account balance is 6.9m and I put 2.5m on the submitted form as the money I intend to spend on this trip but by the time I calculated airticket-1,362,000 (£642),Hotel accommodation 595,800 (£281),635,469 (£300)living expenses for a 10 days trip n oyster card top up 105,912 (£50)
it came to a total of 2,699,181.How do I rectify this and is it reasonable enough for a 10day trip?
£1300-£1500 is fair.

Make the calculation encompass the 2.5m by force and really no one is asking you about calculations on your application form.

Separate your accounts. Business and personal— separate.

Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your experience — I really appreciate it.
Please, if you don’t mind, when did you submit your application and when was your interview?
I had my own interview recently and I’m still waiting for a decision. I’d love to connect with you further if that’s okay, just to learn from your process and share experiences.
Thank you again, and wishing you the very best in your next steps!
