Nzu is not damaging to health. Infact that is what is used in the production of anti ulcer liquid suspensions. But they will not tell you that.

What will happen is, since it is in it's raw forth, it may affect your stooling a little bit. But you need to be drinking lots of water so that using the loo will not be a little hard.

It doesn't in any way cause harm to the body. Some people experiencing watering stool or frequenting the loo are advised to eat Nzu to stop it.
