I have done an analysis on the Wafcon 2024 bracket... And I just discovered that our path to glory might just be the toughest compared to morroco.

The memory of that ojoro is still fresh in my head.. imagine been one woman down and yet the girls still attacked massively. Unfortunately for us, the goalkeeper was at her best that night.
That game was a nervy one.

A fully fit Oshoala should be dependable in such a game as well, although im expecting more from Rinsola, Esther, Deborah and Ihezuo this time sha.

I also hope the ladies are tested and trusted in PKs this time around. A repeat of that England shooutout should never ever be known.

She has not been so lucky in Nigerian colours.
Since that 2022 WAFCON (where she also didn't score) when I started watching All female National teams, I think the only goals she has scored was the double header friendly against Algeria last year.
Correct me if I'm wrong please.
Folashade Ijamilusi also scored a hattrick in same game.
-------------------------
P/S: Just seen that she scored in WAFCON Qualifiers too. My bad.
30 November 2023,
Nigeria 5–0 Cape Verde.
She scored the 2nd goal in the trashing.

honestly Morroco's victory that night was one hell of a fluke.. They were so lucky.

What happened in the World of sports in the last 48hrs is devastating. We haven't even adapted to Jota and Andre loss, only to hear one of our Legends, Peter Rufai, passed away due to illness. embarassed

That's a combined 6 in total from Sports World alone.

RIP to them.

Why take Oshoala?

Why drop Gift Monday?

Why should Chioma Okafor make her debut at the WAFCON?

Love this interview!
Ashley is a true leader and it’s very refreshing and inspirational for our young women in Nigeria to have the leadership mindset of people like Oshoala, Rash, Alozie and Ashley on this team.
I am really excited about this WAFCON!!

You can all see the journalist didn't ask about Imade ? Does any coaching crew or any NFF members know about her ? Has any contact been made between her and Nigerian football officials or journalists ? Does everything start and end on this thread?

There’s something underneath we don’t know about yet..

Sam Ahmadu had a interview with her long ago but they didn’t release it.. By the way she’s already working on her Spanish Passport so she can play for them which is the report from Spain.

Omo about three of these Zambian players get chest and muscle oo.
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Danielnino00(m): 10:36pm On Jul 05, 2025
Morocco is a very technical side....they have been playing way better than Zambia..

But Zambia have their masculine looking players to help their counter attacking plays.... Remove those players and they're toast
