Dinner: Boiled plantain, efo riro and air fried mackerel. Freezed the plantain because it was getting so ripe. Treated it like frozen yam by throwing it straight into boiling water. Next time, will all to defrost before boiling, perhaps, it would come out better. 28 Likes 1 Share
