The ADC has said it has no preferred or favourite presidential aspirant but has set out to first put out a platform that would be attractive and acceptable to majority of Nigerians.

“We are doing this because we do not want this great ship called Nigeria to sink because if we do not rise up, and now, they will sink all of us.

“I don’t own this party more than any of our members and I urge all members to prepare to show Nigerians that ADC is a different party," the interim Chairman, David Mark has said.

Atiku has left PDP for you people. He has every right to aspire to the presidency. The coalition is being spearheaded and funded by him. If you people can't encourage Obi to come and fight like a man for the ticket, then go hug a transformer, remain in labour party or start a new party.

How do you guys reason self? After the last election, Atiku started meeting with opposition leaders and APC members that were sideline by Tinubu, they've all agreed to come together and bunch of obidient clowns are saying Obi should be given the ticket, how? Is the coalition only for Atiku and Obi? El Rufai, Ameachi and others are there but it's only obidients that are busy threatening everyone, abusing Atiku. What is wrong with you guys?

Power will not be given like Xmas gifts. Power will never be zoned to anybody’s village. Olusegun Obasanjo contested against candidates from all the regions of Nigeria from the party’s primaries to the general election including Abubakar Rimi, Alex Ekwueme and even Olu Falae from the South Wrdt? Same with Yar’Adua, Goatluck, Buhari and Tinubu. Or didn’t you see Orji Uzor Kalu sponsor Ahmed Lawan from the North East against Tinubu? Didn’t you see Buhari and his kitchen cabinet give full support to Atiku Abubakar against Tinubu at the general elections after Tinubu humiliated them at the Primaries?

Power will never be served like Oarty Jollof, you fight for it, grab it, snatch it, and run away with it. Any region which is afraid of facing other regions at the elections will continue to be used to get votes for other regions

Even if Atiku and Obi contest together in ADC, they will be defeated. Atiku is finished already. Same as Obi
