Same starting line up. Coach no get liver.
I would have dropped Oshoala for Okoronkwo.
Anyways we will most def Top group, and meet either Morocco or Zambia in Quarter Finals.
Be prepared!

This is the reason why I do not rate our local coaches. Same line up that struggled in the first half.

I just can't understand what is wrong with this Madugu man. His substitutes are far better than first team. Why leaving out Chioma Okafor? Even substitute bench she no dey? Na wa ooo.

Local coaches are always ruled by emotions and sentiments and never rationality. I don’t know about the Chioma Okafor situation, but, I will not be surprised if it is to make a point of her being imposed on him.

I really don't understand local coach. Same pattern, same formation for all games. No creativity. Imagine we are playing Spain or England. Flexibility is very important. We need one creative midfielder like Echegini

Why the long balls ? we don't need it ....... Abiodun shouldn't be in line with Ajibade she's supposed to be behind her to get the ball from defense

Ajibade should be in the wing where she can hurt Botswana with her pace.... Payne should be attacking midfielder, is this coach stupid? Why can't he see something that's very obvious

I am not convinced with this coach.
Anything this ladies achieve boils down to individual efforts.

Absolutely boring and uninspiring.

It's not even about the players on the bench, the unnecessary long balls is annoying

Bring in Ucheibe, Okoronkwo and Chiwendu and you will see the difference.

There won't be difference because of the playing style

We need a lot of improvement. If you watch the European women football, you will think the men are the ones playing. Before appointing a coach, it's expedient to check his antecedents. I don't think this coach is an experienced one. I hope we get the best and achieve Falcon X
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by mostob(m): 8:52pm On Jul 10, 2025
I find this match frustrating... Na little dose of patriotism made me finish the first half.

1. The calamitous misses
2. Botswana falling over the pitch. Ref don call for treatment 20 times in first half alone
3. And the ref.... Oh.. Let me stop here
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by joxxy01(m): 8:52pm On Jul 10, 2025
This ref is a disaster waiting to happen..

His highest appointment has been an assistant to Randy Waldrum

It’s like you did not watch our last match against Tunisia. The 3 players I mentioned came in the second half and we controlled the midfield and created boatloads of chances.
