As the head of your family, you should have safe them from all those fight by selling off the properties and share it among them.

In situation like OP and yours, the best bet is to sell off the other properties and leave only small family house.

The developers will fund. Even the family member that loaned the roofing works has not received a kobo back. Anything I did is a free will offering.

There is one unit of 3 bed in Abesan Estate that was meant to be sold to repay the roofing works I don’t know how far that went. Too many dishonest underhand deals and stealing and I don’t have energy for unfruitful meetings and meaningless fights.

Even the trustee who took the lead in the refurbishment drive had to leave the zoom meeting and seek counsel from my dad’s best friend who is also a trustee and supposed to provide guidance.

When face me I slap you reach 3 stories the level of calamity that comes with that pass slap😂😂

They like to talk cho cho cho but when it comes to time to do you will not find them raise their hand.

The issue na jealousy because for 16 years after our dad passed on, none of us from my mom side got involved we were all abroad and concentrating on our own hustle.

In that time all they did was disenfranchise and fight amongst themselves. Even went through probate and removed one of the trustees my immediate younger brother. I just read comot eye.

I went in did my bit and the allocations happened. As all in our Middle Ages everyone looks after their own units and collect their money. The vultures came out and they forgot that I am a no nonsense so I point and load and discharge with my messages without taking prisoners sometimes 3 and 4 at a time. I made the repairs that I decided to make of my free will. All this for something I vowed never to collect a kobo on.

My mother’s baby financed the roofing as a loan no kobo paid to her in about 4 years. May God continue to enrich her pockets. I will find out if they have included this in the refurbishment plans. But then she be madam and should sort things out herself.

My immediate younger brother is leading the refurbishment programme the trustee they removed his name from probate ( I did not tell him this as not necessary) and I prayed for him recently that his father is proud of him.

I am so proud of one of my half siblings Kehinde because he led the refurbishment of my Grandfather's house in Ita Faji. His own had written him off because life happened to him and one of the people who disenfranchised him was his twin Taye.

I was so fed up that i told even my immediate siblings that I don’t want to know anything they discussed at the zoom meetings. I will ask if I want to know anything or if very important and they need my advice on a specific major action.

If they can’t find peace, peace go find them eventually with a statement of disbursement and account.

I was just dwelling on my parents marriage one marries a man his other wives did not go to school so understandable but my mum was a nurse so he required her to leave her nursing and asked her which business my mum wants him to set up for her so he set it up.

Father gives 30% to 50% of feeding money expecting mother to make up the difference from the business so with no new capital injection the business gets eaten out of existence.


Meanwhile he is constantly checking that mum does not and is not building her own house(real enemy of progress) and when he dies he gives his wives the room they occupy and 10k per month.
