Good evening house, I applied for visa with my family with biometrics on June 24 as the sponsor. I received email confirming decision has been made only for application on Monday June 30 while still waiting for feedback for my family. Also, the application tracker for my application says passport ready for collection while the tracker for my wife and 2 children is still application sent to UKVI. What could be the issue as I expect us to receive decision same day since we applied together as a family and I am sponsoring the travel or is this the norm for only one person to receive the notification because my email was used for all the application. Note I was in UK on Work Secondment from Nigeria in 2023 for 6 months and my family came visiting for 1 month in the summer. We have been travelling to UK on vacation since 2014 as a family. |

What’s the meaning of this email? Please advice Regarding Visa Application: For: E We are unable to make a decision on your application within published visa processing times. Please be assured that we will continue to progress your application to make a decision as soon as possible. This is an automated email, and this inbox. I received this email on 8th July, 2025. Please has anyone got idea for this kind of message from ukvi. Date of application: 20th June 2025 Still awaiting. Good evening guys, i got this mail 3 times within an hour. It seems like a mistake as i did my biometric on 19th of May. Also, a subsequent mail was sent to confirm my application. I have been waiting for a decision since then. I dont understand why i am getting an e-mail to book an appointment for biometric. Should i be worried or it's just a technical glitch?

Only salary inflows. No any other inflow. 4. Marriage certificate and Children birth certificates 5. Previous travel passport pages ( Been to Dubai with wife in 2016 and 2017) 6. 3 years Tax Clearance 7. 6 months payslip 8. Property valuation documents and properties title documents. 9. Letter of Explanation of statement of account( basically because I used the average of all my salaries( which varies) and all my expenses within the 5 months period. I also had an extra inflow from employer which is not on payslip). Had to explain everything in the letter. 10. 7 days Travel itinerary and budget 11. Cover letter. 12. It's a spousal visa, which usually takes 8 to 12 weeks according to UKVI website. I am still within the stipulated time frame. It's just the e-mail that got me a bit worried. Should i ignored it, since it doesn't apply to me? jmoore: |

Davinton:Have you checked the portal to see if uploading can be done or you can no longer upload? |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Davinton: 11:21pm On Jul 11, 2025 |

Davinton:Ok, you can ignore. If your biometrics have been completed you can no longer upload any document. That's the message I wanted to pass. |

Walesaddor:Ok, I get it now. The kids only need Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter. I believe your application has higher chances of approval if errors are avoided. |

I don’t pay her any salary ( we both agreed), I only give / pay her bonuses from my business into her savings Acc. What documents you think I can submit for her? Cashmadam & co your input will be appreciated too. Thanks you. |

milekhuoba7:When booking your flight, you can pay in Naira on Nigerian platforms like Travelstart or Wakanow. Alternatively, you can use your card, but be aware that most banks like GTBank for example limits transactions in USD to $4,000 per quarter. Make sure to bring essential documents, such as proof of admission and proof of funds, as you may be asked for these at the point of entry. Also, you don't need to take any vaccinations; you're good to go! |
