Fiscus105:Clause is after some specific years, although the report is silent on the duration, but with the manner of defence put up by the ex husband and lawyer, it appears it was immediately after the case ended, which is enough evidence. The magistrate might not want to venture into the case and just gave the ruling so all of them can go with their wahala, we don't know the kind stress they gave him during the proceedings, so e fit no ready for such stress again |
