It's got to be beans and oat or any other food rich in fiber. High-fiber foods can help you feel fuller for longer

Let's say noodles and eggs at home...
Before ------- indomie (4) #200, eggs (2) #100, pepper, onions and oil if you have none at home #150. Total = #450
Now ----- indomie (4) #1200, eggs (2) #500, pepper onions and oil #600 Total #2,300.

Pls let's not keep deceiving ourselves while trying to shield people who are clearly suffering the masses, all in the name of tribalism or loyalty because I believe it's our duty to be patriotic and loyal to our country first and not to politicians.

Find every means to rise above the situation. (Get a side hustle, a new job, learn another skill, go back to school, etc)
You can't keep complaining about every government, because the next one is going to be worse than the previous. It's not about voting Tinubu or Atiku or Obi. It's about taking care of your personal life and ignoring the system.

Are you sure?! The yam usually solidifies the beans. I am not talking of those yoruba ewa goin which is maybe extra oily but a little palm oil made beans and Yam. It really holds the stomach heavy not watery to start feeling like using the toilet
