Omo how did they discountenanace 3 goals and 8 assists just laidat? 🥶🥶🥶

APOTY candidates should be Nnadozie, Esther and Ajibade.

E kon be like we didn't really need Oshoala here. Just a goal.

I have to track back and say that like SA, this team will need to undergo some major rebuilding process. Some players should not even smell the Women's World cup as retirement showdown. Some will but that should be their last contributions to Super Falcons, and bow out honorably.

We still need to invest in tactical input irrespective of tonight's outcome. We won the mental battle in this game and it helped us gaan. Kudos to everyone involved in Mission X.

I no go lie, make Motsepe allow them win one o. 3 consecutive hosting no be beans. 😂😂😂😂

Madugu’s game style will not work for European teams

Kibbs:
Esther was the most impactful player on the team. Apart from her PK’s, Ajibade didn’t really do anything spectacular. That was Esther’s award
But Esther got player of the match
The organizers didn’t want to give 2 awards to a player
I believe

Well, they should put more effort. No be by using laser light on innocent players.
Lasers are very common in the Arab world. Dunno why FIFA hasn't done anything about it.

But coming to think of it, we don't hear a lot of complaints about it from the players themselves. Does it affect them that much? Like the visuals would suggest?

Bro we sha need to appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Next AFCON I would want them to win it. Even if they're playing Nigeria at the final. I want them to reap the results of their investments.
They are aready reaping the results now. A while back, their female team was nothing to write home about. At least they have made WAFCON finals back to back and gotten to the 2nd round of the female world cup. They have done well.

We should start getting ready for that discussion cos it needs to be had if we really want progress at the World Cup. For now, we bask in his remontada record and mission X accomplished.

Yh but the silverware is where the joy is.

Let me state a little known fact here. Many people aren't really aware that North Africans are big fans of Nigerian footballers. Many people don't know that. North Africans support us a lot online. The South side of Africa are always beefing us.

For the male teams
I believe Nigeria faces Morocco AFCON ‘25 final in January
E go hard o
They will treat Nigerian fans badly
Double the ticket price for our people
NFF needs to do everything to help fans
They’ve not learnt from Ivory Coast 2023 final
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by isan(m): 12:10am On Jul 27, 2025
Doomsayer...... You said they're going to cheat in this final but they didn't, if they win next year it's because they deserve it, they've invested a lot of money on their women's team
yinkeys:

Agreed. Surprised other countries like Egypt, Algeria, South Africa and Tunisia have not stepped up to the plate to host the tournament.

The south Africa coach is out of contract right now and she'll be very willing to work with the falcons squad .... I've always admire her playing style

Sade Ijamilusi is a baller o
She’s very good
I guess she still plays in Nigeria
They will definitely scout her
She should’ve gotten young player of the tournament
I guess that award doesn’t exist

Those are world class tap in, if you ask me. It takes a lot of courage to score those tap in, especially this particular one. Kudos to her, she’s very hardworking and deserve to keep her place.

I know but that's not what i'm talking about. Outside Nigeria, the only place you will see Super Eagles fans in Africa is in North Africa. They mostly type in Arabic online so you may not have noticed it. It is not a today thing.

Franny played but was injured after the zambian game. You didn't see her in the trophy parade with pop on her leg? I wished chioma got at least 2 mins as part of time wasting sub. But 0 mins so far.

Sikiratu Isah knew the Assignment. Any ball come close, budeh out

We will finish every average team if they infuse tiki taka into their game
We’d be able to play dynamic football
Whether it be physical, technical short passes or aerial balls
Multiple tools in their arsenal
We’d be complete

We knew she was a candidate as at semifinal levels. She dropped a goal but was outshone by Esther who gave 3G/A in a final. Esther and Ajibade wey also candidates as well. Ajibade via accumulated POTM and Esther via her GA contributions.
