People that sleep with mouth open naturally have mouth odour cos the mouth and throat are mostly dry in the night. Those set of people also has smelly nose. Yep,smelly nostril is worst than smelly mouth. No amount of brushing can erase that smell unless they start closing mouth while sleeping.
But then again,cloves and orange peel can help. That is bitter.


It may be just be bad oral hygiene,
Or a warning that something is wrong with the body so don't be too quick to label that person dirty and unhygienic.
The person should avoid carbonated drinks. Sugar at all cost.

Talk to the person. That's the best thing to do. Good toothpastes are very costly in nigeria. The common ones are just filled with saccharin which worsen the situation and most times cause plaque.
Saw a lot as a student then. Close up and it's sisters.

Holla. Try something my ex taught me.

While brushing and doing your normal steps, focus on the tongue as well (don't forget the ceiling of your mouth and under side of the tongue. Next, after rinsing the mouth, brush everything all over again with just water. Also, focus on the tongue again. You might need to do the water alone brushing two to three times.

After brushing, you will instantly notice a huge difference in how your entire mouth feels a well as no smell.
