Nigerian actor and comedian, Jigan Baba Oja, has finally broken his silence following accusations made by controversial social media commentator, Verydarkman. The actor responded fiercely to claims that he is involved in a secret WhatsApp group allegedly created to sabotage the ongoing campaign seeking justice for late Nigerian singer Mohbad. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

The allegations, which have been making rounds on social media, started when Verydarkman alleged that popular actress Iyabo Ojo was heading a covert WhatsApp group involving a number of celebrities. According to him, the group’s purpose was to derail the momentum surrounding calls for justice in the mysterious death of Mohbad.

Jigan’s Response on TikTok Live

Very dark man is mostly a reflection of today’s youth in Nigeria. They hardly think properly. They prefer someone else to do the thinking for them. VDM would be arrested for bullying and cyber stalking soonest. He isn’t bigger than the government. To his supporters, those who ride on the back of a tiger will eventually get consumed in her stomach, it’s only a matter of time.

He is actually right. Why should he release others Opinion aside his own, that's even if there is any need for it. Verydarkman is obviously trying to intimidate, bully and harangue him unnecessarily as if Naira Marley and his bully gang are entirely innocent or how come he suddenly have amnesia when Mohbad claimed he was forcefully given a substance to drink by NDLEA officials when they were bursted; of which Zinoleesky wasn't given any. Why ignore the first-hand fears and worries of the deceased and even the video evidence of the bullying by SamLarry. I am also not trying to exonerate Iyabo Ojo, Tonto Dike et al but I won't follow the crowd unreasonably or be part of the bullying by Verydarkman. He is overstretching his goodwill.

VDM has contributed far more than anyone this year to bringing happiness to many people

You , what have you achieved ? In what way have you done anything selfless for just one person you don’t know?

And if you can’t do it, someone like VDM is doing it and yet you hate him… why are you so cruel and filled with darkness?

Be objective and shun this type of emotional outburst. He is doing well but he shouldn't overstretch it beyond limit. How can he expect Jigan to release others Voice notes. He might be subjected to litigation and his safety might as well not be guaranteed. There are several variance to this . I agree he can choose to release his own recordings but not others.
