Refresh the page and start from the beginning. If possible, clear your phone cache memory/browser history. It's not supposed to ask for double OTP from your email and phone.

I have used a laptop and is still same thing. I have even selected different locations but no appointment slot comes up.

Thank you. I have been able to do it already.
However, who knows a a number I can reach VFS on. On the day of my biometrics, they insisted I used courier. I eventually paid for it. Since Tuesday I haven't heard anything from them.
Has anyone else faced this issue, and how did you go about resolving it.

From your screenshot, it looks like you haven't selected the "Visa Type" -- whether standard or priority.

Did mine in Enugu last week, and I didn't encounter any problem with appointment dates.

SOAS UNIVERSITY OF LONDON
It was a fully funded university scholarship.
So I didn't have to show proof of funds. I just provided the other necessary documents.

If making a paid call or sending a paid email to UKVI is the best next step, could anyone kindly guide me through the process — how to go about it, the correct channel, payment method, and what to expect?

Bachelors degree 2:2 (or equivalent) in a non-adult nursing discipline. English and Maths at Standard Grade, GCSE, National 5 (or equivalent). Two satisfactory references (one of which should be academic). Evidence of recent assessed study or relevant CPD activities within the last five years. Evidence of digital literacy. If successful, you will be shortlisted and invited for an interview


work experience and prior learning (RPL) is to be considered towards standard entry or advanced entry into the course


And for scholarship,every school has their attached scholarship on offer letters but not a full scholarship

Try switching browsers to see if that helps. I did mine on Google Chrome. Also, check to see if you need to select a specific date -- looks like you have to select a date before information regarding slots availability is displayed.
