Pls don't call me for farm workers, I just trying to help previous man. Those boys are somehow, I can't put trust on them.

My experience with annual farm workers, if you meet them, the first they will ask is to send transport fare. Don't do that, the next is is buy to your money. It is advisable for you to tell them to come with their own money them you pay them upon their arrivals.

My own farm workers are too lazy...what should I do?

If you plant now even if it in upland you planted it. It will not dry off during dry seasons. The crop will be small but it will not dry off. Just make sure u don't clear d weed during dry seasons. Immediately next season rainfall resume, it will continued it growth.

If you can go extra mile by wetting it, that it added advantage. But if you can't it Doesn't necessary.
