This is not new, back in the day they collect task fee for the plates the members use to eat.

This is low key one of the most fraudulent church in the country.

this is absolutely wrong and it's monetization, i went to Jehovah's witnesses convention last week at mowe all there works department are all volunteers and well arranged both toilet, drugs are all free, I heard when they thanked all the volunteers, church is registered under charity the have bought that ticket at hundred naira and rewrite it 200 showing he is looking for profit

I support the move. Some people see that place as a place to be eating and drinking anyhow forgetting it is a place of prayer. You see them with big coolers eating morning, afternoon and evening without fasting.

I was at redeem camp for youth convention

If I am not wrong, the youths there might not be less than a million

Accommodation and feeding was free (feeding to some extent)

How do you think they provide that, do you know how much I will spend to lodge and feed in a hotel for 4/5 days
Be grateful for small things and big things

You can't compare true believers with worshipers of Mammon nah!

Jehovah's Witnesses doesn't separate the rich from the poor so both our toilets and urinals are washed by members the Governing Body members who are leading this organization takes the lead in doing everything {John 13:3-15} so cleaning our own place of worship is the duty of all members.

WHY?

Riches can't buy God's Kingdom (everlasting life) it's righteousness and humility that can make anyone escape the coming wrath of God {Zephaniah 2:2-3} so if you feel cleaning your mess is not your duty then you are not worthy to live in Paradise where nobody will be servant to anybody each person must carry his own load! Galatians 6:5

so the offering is for what? you guys will always defend fraud and rubbish. So because the toilet is manned by workers, users should pay? So when you go to a stadium to watch football or travelling through an airport, you should pay? Are there not workers there 24/7? Before you respond, I attend RCCG in PH. if the church cannot pay workers without charging for the toilet usage, then there is a big problem. in my parish last year, the pastor called us and a few other guy to buy Split unit ACs for the church, I bought one, others bought. This year, we were called to start monthly contributions to support Diesel and Salaries for workers, the few of us that the pastor reached out to started contributing monthly. Why didnt the pastor start charging every member money to enjoy AC, buy diesel or listen to Music since the Musicians are being paid? Very soon i go stop to dey attend that church

My point is that if you require funds to maintain a toilet, there are ways to generate it without taxing everyone. You obviously lack capacity to understand that. Imagine someone having a running stomach, so if he goes to toilet 4 times because of the upset, he should pay. Well, you are free to support what ever you want.

Then you do not know the JWs, they have been organizing large gatherings for over a 100 years in the biggest of stadiums all over the world and it has been seemless and free. It not the crowd, but the mindset and the organization. All the tithes, offerings and all other monies collected are used for what exactly then, to buy private jets and build world class universities for themselves. The churches are money oriented while the JWs are not. Why is there a need for them to have unmanageable crowd in a place. Why cant the convention be split into multiple locations across a time period spanning several weeks. The same reason why Jesus Christ Chased the money changers from the temple is the same reason why this is absolutely wrong.

Being a redeemer does not mean the brain should go on sabbatical. I don't even think he has served in rccg as much as I have. If I had realized he's aggressive and tunnel-visioned, I definitely would not have quoted him.

But of a fact asking people to pay money to ease themselves is a wrong move. If they can do such. I doubt if there will be free feeding

I will be on the watch when next you quote me trying to speak against JWs at least now you can't hide your church again.
Meanwhile Jehovah's Witnesses do hold larger gatherings than your rccg people but instead of giving exaggerated figures we count those in attendance to know the actual numbers just as our brothers in the first century always do.
Many concerts from Deeperlife and rccg are JWs today due to our being well organized. For your information there is always arrangements for congregations to clean up wherever we use be it our own assembly grounds or rented Halls you can go and ask how JWs do take good care of rented facilities before and after we use them.

Rccg is a criminal organization and it's members are lazy people hiding behind the cloak of religion
