I have this girl I've been dating for 4 years and recently we discovered she has PCOS. Last night I just decided to end the relationship as I don't have strength to handle the PCOS and all the drama that comes with. Since last night I sent her the breakup message, she has been on an emotional meltdown and telling me I've ruined her life. She'll be 28 this August.
If you were in my shoes what will you do?

Am I wicked for ending things?

What are its effects?
What symptoms has she been showing?
Are you telling us you're just knowing this after years of dating?

Firstly, you were supposed to explain what PCOS is. Not everyone has heard or know what it means.

PCOS, or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, is a hormonal disorder common among women of reproductive age. PCOS can lead to various health issues, including infertility, metabolic problems, and an increased risk of certain diseases

There are ways to handle issues like this, this is sensitive and an health related issue which needs attention, research and support. Now my question is “What if she’s already your wife and you’re just knowing would you have ended the marriage?”

What took you 4years to find out you can do better.

I think she hid it from me for years but she's claiming she's just knowing about it too. I'm not about to marry a girl that is infertile, I mean what's the essence of marriage?

Not my fault she has fertility issues. I tried explaining to her in the most understanding and gentleman way but she just dey gaslight me since. Now her sister is also calling me on phone. I won't lie tho, the girl has been of a help to me when I needed financial support. Gave me 800k once at a point but that doesn't mean I should settle down with her.

Every woman has PCOS, its just lower in some that others. It can be treated, and she can treat it before marriage which means her family will contribute because she's not yet your property.

Meanwhile you don't really love her if that's all it takes for you be gone.
