the strategy United have approached this summer with is different.
bids have only been made after getting a greenlight from a player they are interested in or his camp. I think there were interests in Gyokeres and Osihmen as well but some terms or interests probably didn't align.

Strategy that led to paying 70-80m each for average players? There are cheaper options out there for less. In any case, until Amorim gets it right or get sacked before we can make any progress. If we like, we swap players with Bayern or Real Madrid. Same outcome is guaranteed.

I have watched a couple of Brighton games and he was very good.

I will check out some of the names you have mentioned and drop a fair analysis of how they compare to Baleba much later.

Who told you the 2024-2025 tools were not right? These things are not as they look like. Another manager might use the same condemned tools to qualify for Europe. Because Amorim came 15th does not mean the players are bad.
