All I know be say they have bought the players Amorim need to take us to top 6. No more excuses. It’s a good thing he has admitted himself that he is out of credit.

I am very sure he was involved in the entire transfer moves. Therefore I no want hear say dem buy player that can not this or that.

FORGIVE MY TYPOS NO TIME TO CHECK OR EDIT
I still don't understand why people go on and on about Amorim not having room for excuses. It almost sounds like he joined the club to win excuses.
The man wants to win ffs 🤷
one of the directors came up the other day to say the aim is to win the league by this and that date. I also scoffed at the remark, but the actions so far show that they are backing words with action.
Amorim said he hopes to stay on the job for 20 years. maybe a little bit too ambitious but I'm certain he is very aware he won't achieve that built on excuses.
so I'm not sure about the constant pounding on "no excuses".
he's done it before at his previous job. this is why he is on the job in the first place. he should be allowed to breath.
if there's team progress, everyone with eyes will see it and vice versa.

I understand Juve offered Vlahovic to us for as low as 30m. Maybe aside his suspect fitness issues, his numbers are even better than Sesko's...

That Sesko fee is enough to buy a decent CF + CM.... 90m sesko isn't better than the Liam Delap Chelsea paid 30m for IMO. 60m should get us a decent CM.

Nawa
lol was expecting all united fans to be excited about sesko like they did for hojlund, I mean it's like 2seasons ago some of you guys hyped hojlund the new haaland, even though out of his 16 goals that season only 9 was in the league and he was no where worth the 80m united paid for him, and now sesko lol 😆 90m for what 13 bundesliga league goals when Jackson is right there, like osimhen was literally available.

You know I thought sesko rejected arsenal but it may be that arsenal felt he wasn't worth 90m, and they went for gyorekes. If sesko flops that's 170m in strikers 🤣

To be honest, man united should be all over £26m Casado.
fabs como should be getting him with this kind of deal, if he picks a struggling club like united his career would take a nose dive. Amorim almost threw mainoo away

I wanted them to buy players for the club, they are doing exactly that, why should I be complaining or shouting their names again?

Fernandes won't be in midfield. It will be Ugarte doing the dirty work. It all depends on Amorim and the tactics he wants to apply. If he cares about dominating then going for a profile like Stiller, Casado, Rovella etc is no brainier.
As I see this ugarte name I just burst out laugh

You should apologize for making unnecessary noise when transfer window was only two weeks old. We told you and your kind like leyqute the mosquito to calm down and stop forming fake outrage but we became the enemy.

Keep quiet, you started your attention seeking rants even in June then proceeded to call thunder on Ineos in early July like say you be thor lmao. This one that was reminding us how Chelsea and City were signing players left right and center during the CWC.
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Trevor012(m): 10:45pm On Aug 07, 2025
Receipts full everywhere. All were on July 2nd two weeks into the window yet baba is now saying mid July lmao. Two twins always on the same page grin

larride:
Pre season starts in 5 days ffs

It won't be well with INEOS and the Glazers.

How did we end up with 2 audio billionaires?
Leyqute:
I called attention to the same issue weeks ago but this pesky tsetse fly thought otherwise.

Since the clown made this post…

City don sign 5 new players at least.
Chelsea don sign at least 4.
Liverpool have Kerkez, Wirtz, and a new RB already.
Even penny pinching Arsenal have agreed fee for Noorgard and there’s genuine interest in several other players.

These are all teams that finished comfortably above us last season.

United, on the other hand, still dey drag leg with their signing— as if they can’t do another deal unless they complete one. Mbeumo has agreed to come for over a month ago, still nothing.

Sell this club already mehn.
larride:
A month today that Mbuemo says he preferred to join Man Utd over all suitors. One full month and the deal is still dragging.

A very useless institution.

Baleba sticking out like a sore thumb. Patrickmuf thought you said he was an excellent ball carrier and progressive passer? This was why I said highlights will give a false perceptive of a player.

or maybe style of approach is different?

the image can show how his approach have tweaked in a year.
for example, he's engaged in far less duels % compared to previous year but has won similar number of possession for his team.
this can be understood in development years of a player.

Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by ChristineC: 11:47pm On Aug 07, 2025
I think it's better to compare players in same leagues playing against same opponents on this type of graphic.

This safe landing wey you keep for yourself nawa. cheesy
It’s the fact. Someone that could not use existing tools to beat relegation teams. We should have seen what he could do before going all out for him. Good thing is the signings are not for a specific style of play. So, if he gets sacked, we won’t need to buy another set of players.

nitrogen well done, you did well this window. Larride thunder will not fire you again, abeg try add one or two midfielder and a goalkeeper to make it a perfect window...
I remember that I said they will buy players. Larride don fire himself with thunder many times.

If we start performing, he will claim Amorim has gotten it right as he suggested but if things go south and Amorim if sacked, he'd be quick to say 'I told you so'...Either way, the brother doesn't want to lose...😂
Until he gets it right does mean I believe he will. My conclusions are well documented here.
Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by nitrogen(m): 12:26am On Aug 08, 2025
I believe you guys have started preparing another excuse for Amorim. We need a new set of midfielders before he can win games.

Mbuemo and Sesko are too expensive for 65-76m pounds. Does not make sense, same way we signed Erasmus and Antony for 80m each.

I hate it when people just show data without giving context or understanding the role a player is playing or the style of play of the team in question. For example “Baleba progressive passes is low so that means he not good enough”. Baleba's job for Brighton isn't actually to progress the ball forward; quite often, it's to be the person receiving the ball in advanced positions. That doesn’t mean Baleba can’t progress the ball, what he does or what he is being ask to do is different.

Understanding what a player does in relation to stats, gives proper context to the data. Data is only useful when it is turned into information.
