This was my meal for the day. It was so delicious my kids fought over the leftover.

Hahahahah. I didn't finish, my daughter and sons descended on the rest. Its only one small sweet potato, four scrambled eggs fried in butter, 250g of ground beef, onions, one bell pepper and other seasonings.
It was so yummy.

I did after a lot of research on sweet potatoe. It is complex carbs that does not digest glucose directly into the blood stream. Slowly, I will alternate with little portion of beans to swap with sweet potatoes occasionally. It is very nice and healthy

Any regular flour will do.
As for whole wheat flour, Honeywell
whole wheat flour ( used for swallow) is readily
available. You can mix them together make your dough.

75% whole wheat and 25% flour comes
out well.

Again, any small sized, table top electric
oven is good to go, for family baking. But
make sure it has the heating element up and
down inside the oven.

I have posted pictures of beautifully
baked bread on this platform some time back.

Bread making is actually much easiest
than people think.

Is okomo oil. It tastes good without salt. Proper meal for an urobho people.
