As for me, it depends on the level of maturity.....not even age!
You can be 40 years as a man and still behaves like a toddler. A guy also can be 25years of age and behaves mature with high level of intelligence.
For instance , Rev.Sam Adeyemi married an older wife and they are doing fantastically well.
Peter Okoye, Dare art Alade....Dem plenty!

Things to check out for:
1- Character and level of submission of older lady.
2- Temperament level and how they handle situations.
3- Personal and social status: You as a man, can your older partner be proud of you among friends, events, etc?
4- Level of understanding : Can you as a man cope with reasoning dimensions of an older lady?
5- Don't allow culture to play out as long as you guys agree to embark on the journey. For instance, some cultures will see it as a taboo for man to engage older lady.
6 - Respect from both parties.

Not cool. You should be ahead of your woman in everything including age, career and finances. You lead she follows. As she's upgrading, don't stop upgrading yourself cause once she think she's bigger than you, she will look up to someone bigger than her. Simple.

Why not save yourself the trouble?

Carry your size!

In a relationship where you are supposed to be the leader; leading someone who probably has more experience than you won't be easy.

As a man you must take peace of mind seriously!

At 20 the guys brain is not fully formed some part of the brain are still undeveloped. The age gap is not the issue but the guys age.

I married a man I'm older than, but he is more emotionally, physically, spiritually, waaaay matured than me.

I dare not challenge my husband when he is talking to correct me, and he respects me a lot.

I control the finances of the home, on that one, he is not a good spender, he can be reckless. On that, he allows me handle it.

The marriage ain't perfect,but people around commends/ envy us. So I can say, we are good to go.

But 15 years is much, as a woman, can't do that.

The one wey sweet me pass was one night it was raining and this carpenter was coming all the way from Ikeja to see me in Lekki.

When he got to my estate gate and called me to drive out to pick him up, I told him to take a bike because the road was flooded and I can't drive in it. After a long back and forth, he grudgingly entered bike in that rain.

When he got to my house, I prepared a warm bath for him and gave him food and all was good again.
