Brighton will not budge. They are not desperate for funds and are experienced negotiators.

If we can't afford Baleba we can go for a quality alternative. Wharton is good and will be cheaper but i am sure there are other decent options.
I prefer Baleba because of the high-level athleticism he has. Wharton is a better passer with the ball, but Baleba is not bad too. Baleba is also a very good ball carrier and can break lines with those runs. We have no one that can do what he does.

Either of them will be a big upgrade on our current squad. We need to phase out Casemiro this season and hopefully Bruno next season.

If he was right footed, it would have been perfect to play him next to Baleba, but they can still play together anyway.

A 3-man midfield of Wharton, Baleba, Mainoo has loads of potential. One can only dream. LOL.

it's a poor man and small team formation. Watch palace lose to their mates and struggle when dey play a team that are not open like liverpool.

We looked good playing big teams with this formation. When we play small or average teams, it looks so bad.
