Pep Guardiola will always be who he is. I knew he would never rely on inexperienced players.

Trafford go chop bench tire. Sad, after the fantastic season he’s had in the championship.
Normally Pep no too send English goalkeepers before

I feel as far as the person is not insulting you, there's no need for blocking.

Because no matter how, in a sports forum, issues raised are valid.

Rashford:

“People say that we’ve been in a transition for years but to be in a transition you have to start it. The actual transition hasn’t started yet.

“When Liverpool went through this, they got [Jurgen] Klopp and stuck with him. They didn’t win in the beginning. People only remember his final few years when he was competing with [Manchester] City and winning the biggest trophies.

“To start a transition you have to make a plan and stick to it.

“This is where I speak about being realistic about what your situation is. We’ve had that many different managers, ideas and strategies in order to win that you end up in no man’s land.”

Also:

“When Ferguson was in charge, not only were there principles for the first team but they were for the whole academy,” he said.

“So you could pick players from 15 years and they’d all understand the principles of playing the Manchester United way. Any team that has been successful over a period of time has principles that mean that any coach or player that comes in has to align to or add to the principles.

“At times, United were hungry to win but it was reactionary. If your direction is always changing you can’t expect to win the league.”

Arsenal finished 8th, 8th, and 5th in Arteta’s first three seasons. They stuck by him through the growing pains, and now he’s delivered three consecutive top-2 finishes, we would kill to be in that position to be consistently challenging for the title. Klopp’s Liverpool followed a similar arc: 8th, 4th, 4th, 2nd, before winning major trophies in his fifth season. That’s what long-term commitment looks like, trusting the process even when results aren’t immediate.

If Klopp had finished 15th with Liverpool, he would probably be an assistant coach in a 5th Tier league somewhere in Cyprus or Malta at the moment!

Last season, Amorim was literally dragging position with the likes of Nathan Jones, Paul Jewel, Frank de Boer etc as the worst manager in the history of the Premier league.

It was a dreadful performance and there is really no need trying to sugar-coat it!

It depends. You can't stick with a failing plan. There has to be an upward trajectory otherwise will continue to fail.

We should have gone for a Manager that plays 433 counter attack football, time will tell whether Dan Ashworth was right in objecting to Appointing Amorim as Coach. Although him allegedly recommending Southgate was a sackable offence...

Considering Rashford's fall out with Amorim, I think he also feels the same way...as per that interview.

I see this Amorim first season not the last. He came into something chaotic and new. I can only start judging by the end of this season

The key word is progress. In those years Liverpool didn't win, we saw progress on the pitch and the league table. It was the same with Arsenal...

In our case, it's an up and down slope which is unacceptable. Let Arteta dare finish 8th with the current team and see if he won't be chased with a cutlass from Arsenal.

But the Klopp and Arteta you cited as examples, also came in mid season and didnt finish 15th...no?
