We are avoiding the hard truth. We supposed to have collected that 100m from the Saudis for Bruno and push it straight for Baleba and a goal keeper. But this emotional club can not just be Ruthless.
A pivot of Mainoo and Baleba is the key.

Spending all that money only to go into the season with that disjointed pivot and Rubbish GKs is just senseless. Amorim will use his hand sack himself with these Portuguese favouritism.

We struggled to create clear cut chances from our attacking moves...especially from the right wing that seems to be our strongest part of the attack.

Amorim has had the full pre season he requested. It is the same abysmal result. INEOS have gone out of their way to rebuild Carrington into a world class facility. Still the same abysmal result.

No one is taking any EXCUSES! Amorim had a chance to sell Bruno for £ 100 million which would have freed up funds to buy midfield players to rejuvenate the midfield but he refused. He has also refused to realise that you play to the strength of the players in your team and not a strait jacket rigid system. Those who can see into the future warned about this but were shouted down and labelled as having a negative agenda. We are all here. First match and points frittered away with Amorim's ridiculous tactics of using Maguire as a battle r am centre forward.

Some love individuals. I love Manchester United as a club. Individuals will come and go but the club is going to remain.
So many see the illusion the want to see with Amorim's tactics but it does not remove the reality that United are going nowhere with this man. Lose the next game at Craven cottage on the 24th of August and United are slowly being sucked into a deadly relegation vortex.

It's Maguire as an attacker that does my head in . Like WTF??@#¿¡¿¿¿

the understanding in attack should get better as they play together. the new signings are all ball players. this is very important.

Casemiro and Shaw were tidy. a game every other week for both should keep them at optimum condition.

Bayindir needs to command the box better. his distribution was alright today.

So Manchester United are back to where they left off last season.
Amorim with his rubbish selection and mediocre tactics will be the death of this club. His supporters keep on making excuses for him while the club is sliding further down the league table.
United were playing at Old Trafford which is their home ground!
I fear for the future of this football club under Ruben Amorim. The Premier league is not the same thing as the Portuguese Premiera league. The difference is miles apart.
