Waramiedema63:You had better suck it up and find a way to figure out what went wrong before a molehill becomes a mountain and things go awfully wrong. If you get a resit or get withdrawn or even die, medical school goes on. Figure out what went wrong and don't be left behind. All the best. |

spiritualmubi:medical condition? I was a student of uniben, yes schools have stress that comes with it and other issues depending on the character of the individual but I commend uniben for offering drugs free, I don't know if it is all classes of drugs but I suffered from a medical condition where fortrin, prometh and diclo was what was given and if I ever bought those drugs at external pharmacies, it was because they were out of stock in uniben health centre... drips, canulas were free too and if there is need to go to ubth, as a student, treatments were heavily subsidized...due to my medical condition, there was a time that within the space of less than a week, my pcv dropped to 8%, doctors couldn't even offer any concrete explanation, and I had to be admitted there...our bill of 120k was subsidized to about 19k... I am yet to here of a school with such medical discounts but uniben's medical calendar is that of slow and steady coupled with patience that would be tested over... |

Donpre:Greetings Chief. I did uniport's pume recently and I got an avg score of 278.5. What are the chances of getting admitted into MBBS |
| Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Donpre(m): 6:04pm On Aug 27, 2025 |
KVN1:its a good score, congrats... There's a chance but probably not the first list though It largely depends on the performance generally and the performance of people from your state of origin. If you're from Rivers state, it is looking good, if not, still keep up hope, its a solid score |

I went from 4.9 CGPA in year 1 and now failed all 3 courses in my 2ND MBBS EXAM. Don't know how it happened and don't really know what to do with my life from this point. |

Tyg3rFvry:Sorry bro, what school is that and have you told your parents/guardian? |
| Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Tyg3rFvry: 8:14pm On Sep 13, 2025 |
dunsin125:Yes I've told them. Now they released a corrected and gave me a pass in one of the courses. How do I know I actually failed the other two courses? I'm tired. |

| Re: The medical students and aspirants thread by Tyg3rFvry: 2:38pm On Sep 15, 2025 |
dunsin125:I feel like I should leave the school at this point and try my shot elsewhere. Can't compete with people who have 3/3 passes and brag about using their smartphones to write an MB exam. |
